Delivery & Refunds Policy


How are our products shipped to you?


All products are posted through Australia Post, and all orders are shipped as soon as confirmation of payment has been received. You are assured to receive your product in 4-6 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an SMS from Australia Post confirming that your order has been shipped. This will also include a tracking number, so you can track your items and make sure they arrive safely to you.


Refunds & Damaged Stock

We have a strictly NO REFUNDS policy with our business. We assure quality control and therefore will not refund you once you have chosen to purchase an item. However, if a product has been damaged in transit (this must be proved through photographic, and other sufficiently adequate evidence) we will then choose to replace the item at our discretion.
